Dwight Parker, owner of Blue Ridge Border Collies LLC, is located in the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains near Brevard, NC. Dwight has been training and trialing border collies since 1999. Dwight and his family , now live on the farm that he grew up on. They raise katahdin dorper sheep, chickens, ducks, and of course, border collies. The dogs are tremendous help with farm chores. Here at Blue Ridge Border Collies, we strive to produce a working stockdog, capable of doing all the farm chores through the week to winning that weekend cattledog or sheepdog trial.

Dwight and his dogs have competed the past 6 years at the National Cattle Dog finals, held in Big Lake Texas, Torrington Wyoming, and Gering Nebraska. Dwight and the dogs have won several National Finals awards including 2 Reserve National Cattle Dog Nursery Championships, a National Finals Top Qualifying Award and 6 National Finalist Awards.
